Finding the “Secret Sauce” for Scaling Up Quality Education in Developing Countries

Although there is no rigid recipe for success, researchers have identified a “secret sauce” of 14 core ingredients that appear to contribute to scaling quality learning, according to a report titled Millions Learning from the Center for Universal Education.
